Why your app needs @yourdomain email (and how to get it)
Deliverability, trust and branding: transactional emails from your own address. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and anti-spam explained simply.
Your app sends emails: confirmations, resets, receipts. The question isn't whether you send them, but from which address, and with what guarantees of landing in the primary inbox.
The problem with the generic "no-reply"
Sending from a shared or generic address means risking the spam folder and losing credibility. A message from [email protected] inspires trust; an unknown sender does not.
The settings that drive deliverability
📜 SPF
Declares which servers are allowed to send for your domain. Without it, anyone can spoof your address.
🔏 DKIM
Cryptographically signs every message, to prove it wasn't tampered with in transit.
📋 DMARC
Tells inboxes what to do if SPF or DKIM fail, and reports abuse back to you.
🎨 BIMI
Displays your logo next to your emails in compatible inboxes. An instant brand signal.
The classic trap, Misconfigured, SPF/DKIM/DMARC send your emails to spam, with no error message. That's exactly the part Clicbase sets up for you.
How Clicbase handles it
You get real mailboxes on your domain, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and anti-spam configured, a webmail to read and reply, and the BIMI logo. Your transactional emails go out from your brand, with no mail server to administer.
The best sending address is your own.

SPF, DKIM, DMARC: what they do
| Record | What it does |
|---|---|
| SPF | Declares which servers may send for your domain |
| DKIM | Signs each email (proof it's really from you) |
| DMARC | Tells inboxes what to do if SPF/DKIM fail (and reports) |
Frequently asked questions
How do I send emails from my own domain?
You need a mailbox at your domain (e.g. [email protected]) and correct DNS: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Clicbase creates the mailbox and configures those records for you, with anti-spam and webmail included.
Why do my emails land in spam?
Usually because SPF, DKIM or DMARC are missing or misconfigured: without them, inboxes can't verify the email really comes from your domain. Clicbase sets all three correctly.
