Who we are

The data controller is Teiki Teuira, publisher of Clicbase (see the Legal notice). For any question about your data: [email protected].

Data we collect

• Account: email, name, password (hashed).
• Billing: information needed for payment (processed by our secure payment provider; no card is stored by Clicbase).
• Usage: technical logs needed for operation and security.
• Your project data: the content you host, for which you remain responsible.

Purposes & legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service (performance of the contract), handle billing (legal/contractual obligation) and ensure security (legitimate interest).

Hosting & location

Data is hosted in Europe. Each project has an isolated database; traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and secrets at rest (AES-256).

Retention

• As long as the account is active.
• After deletion: a final backup is kept for 30 days (security/obligations) then purged.
• Billing data is kept for the legally required periods.

Subprocessors

Clicbase uses providers for hosting (VPS, Cloudflare) and payment, bound by data-protection agreements.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, deletion or portability of your personal information, and object to its processing. Clicbase does not sell your personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address in the Legal notice.

Cookies

Clicbase only uses strictly necessary cookies (session, preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies; audience measurement is done server-side, without cookies.
