Refunds & cancellation

Free trial

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card, extended to 30 days if a card is added. It is commitment-free, cancel anytime, and no payment is triggered until you choose a plan.

Cancellation

Subscriptions have no commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no further renewal.

Refunds

• Started periods are, as a rule, not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• In case of a major malfunction attributable to Clicbase, a goodwill gesture or refund may be considered case by case.
• Consumers: you have a 14-day withdrawal right from subscription, unless you expressly requested immediate performance of the service. The free trial lets you test without any payment.

Process

Any request is made by email to [email protected], specifying the account concerned. A response is provided within 5 business days; any refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Data retention after cancellation

After the subscription ends, your data follows the lifecycle described in the Terms of Service (grace, suspension, deletion). You can request an export before deletion.
